If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the item. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
